What is the Consultation Process?
After a telephone consultation, if you feel your business and HOA are a good match we will set up an initial face-to-face in-depth consultation meeting. This meeting will take approximately 2-3 hours. After the consultation, if you choose not to utilize our services, the advice and recommendations you received to that point are all yours. What is your turnaround time?
We process all orders as soon as they are received, it can take 7-14 business days to complete a small projects and up to 30 days for big projects (exclude holidays & weekends)
What type of files do you accept?
If we are designing a project for you and you already own a logo, please provide a vector (eps., ai. or png. file). If you only have a jpg. file, be mindful a white background will be included with your logo. All submitted files are subject for review.

How many revisions do I get?
With our process, we will present you with 1-2 concepts to choose from as your logo and then we will alter your concept to your liking. This includes flyers, business cards and other like items. 2 Revision Limit
It's been 30 days since I have received my logo. Can I change it?
Unfortunately we do not provide logo revisions once your order is finalized.
I have my design now what?
Feel free to utilize your logo as needed for your marketing and branding needs. You will be able to use it on your website, packaging, printed materials and a lot more.
What format does my logo come in when completed?
You’ll have a design that is in a png. & jpg.
